Let's keep it simple: the idea of a European anti-terror "tsar" is a pretty terrible one.
The Beeb heads a section "Massive new threat", in quotes, without that phrase appearing elsewhere in the article. Which is a shame as I'd hoped to find the person who described terrorism that way, and flog their position to bits.
Sadly, i'll just leave it as an exercise for the reader to ponder what content this initiative will really have....
